Our philosophy in the kitchen is based on the search for flavor and taste with quality products selected directly from producers, sustainability and enhancement of the surrounding area.
We use ingredients from local and seasonal agriculture, minimizing the environmental impact. In addition, our restaurant is surrounded by a lush unspoiled green environment among gardens and forests that inspire our chef in the composition of the menu characterized by the constant search for raw materials that are always fresh, respecting seasonality.
The skillful combination of carefully selected ingredients takes our guest on a sensory experience that ennobles recipes of the past while enhancing them through the most innovative contemporary culinary techniques.

In our restaurant you can enjoy foods from our a la carte menu that is based on a unique culinary philosophy consistent with the environment.
We are open daily (excluding Tuesdays) to allow our customers to enjoy their experience in the daily lunch and dinner.
The a la carte menu designed and developed by our Chef is interwoven with the flavors of the cuisine of Terra, including dishes based on choice meat, typical products such as mushrooms, truffles and fresh vegetables from
agriculture km 0, characteristic of the area where the restaurant is located.
Our Kitchen for your Event
In our Location you can also enjoy the excellence of our cuisine on the occasion of an important private event to be celebrated, such as: weddings, baptisms, communions, confirmations, birthdays, graduations, private parties, corporate parties…
Choose our location with our in-house kitchen, to have a menu dedicated entirely to your reception, choosing from dishes expertly prepared by our chefs inspired by both the flavors of the earth and those of the sea.
The high quality service of the “Forest” is guaranteed by the raw materials selected in the same supply chain that serves the a la carte restaurant opened daily, along with the constant work of our brigade for 360 days a year and finally the result of years and years of work in the industry for
which we specialize in.
Discover the menus and all the solutions designed for events. Every detail of service is then taken care of by an ever-attentive and helpful wait staff, who are also the custodians of a historic Wine Cellar dating back to 1966, the year it was founded, which has more than 1,000 labels.
